Purple Pistachoux

Nadia Vayani - 
A 26 year old Kenyan born & British-educated home baker, with an uncontrollable sweet tooth since childhood, recently moved to Mumbai and now the owner of a 11 month old Purple Pistachoux Bakery - with branches both in Mumbai & Nairobi.

I always had a creative edge with food, an eye for intricate detail and sophisticated pallet, with a dream of one day opening my own cafe and patisserie. 

Driven by my inspiration from Pastry Chefs dotted across the globe, the infamous Le Cordon Bleu school in London, and fortunately, a stringent lockdown so soon after moving to a new city, meant only one thing - taking the leap into launching my own ‘food art’. It was a now or never decision, and i could not be happier to have done it!

In a short span of time, we have become the go-to bakery for all things customized, artistic and giftable.
From Bollywood celebrities, actors, influencers, socialites to industrialists - Purple Pistachoux became the overnight trusted option for desserts and cakes. 

Some of our exclusive and original trending products which we introduced to the city &  can be found on our menu are our customized ‘Letter Cookies’ , Customized trending Tall Cakes, and ofcourse the signature Rose & Pistachoux cake and Chocolate Tarts. 

We cater and customize experiences for Bridal showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Announcements, Festivals & Holidays. 

In Mumbai, the sky is certainly not the limit. We have unique style, an african heritage of recipes, English tastebuds - a recipe that tastes of perfection! We cannot wait to share of our upcoming creations.
