Hi everyone, my name is Ronit Kapoor, I am a 17 years old young entrepreneur, I run a Home Kitchen named @kapoorkitchen. It was my response to the lockdown when I started this venture.
Being a Punjabi, food runs in my blood, I had always decided that once my 10th grade board examinations end I would surely start a food venture.
A huge shoutout to my mentor @rashmiudaysingh who recognised me and helped me grow a lot🤗😊.
Kapoor’s Kitchen is really special for me as my entire family is involved in the preparation of the dishes.
All our spices are authentic, home made and they come from Amritsar, Punjab. These are authentic masalas without any preservatives made fresh for our customers. Our dishes have been using traditional recipe’s that have been passed down by our ancestors.
Dal Makhani, one of our hot sellers has been acknowledged by the Head Chefs of Taj Lands End and also the Legendary Food Critic, Rashmi Uday Singh. . Team Kapoor’s Kitchen was one of the first Home Chefs in India to introduce 24 Karat Gold Chicken Tikka and Biryani. Our team was also featured in the Bombay Times with Rashmi Uday Singh on the 27th November, 2020, we also won the FBAI Godrej Home Chef and Home Baker Awards for on the 28th November, 2020.
I plan to open a chain of restaurants someday and I’m sure I will be able to achieve my target🙏🏻🤞🏻.
My main aim is to set an example for the young generation, that nothing in this world is impossible, if you have the talent and the will power, you can accomplish anything.
