Fountain Hospitality Private Limited has been in the hospitality business for over 25 years. Mr. Amrish Arora, the Managing Director, started his hospitality journey running numerous nightclubs and bars in and around the city of Mumbai. Ultimately, he went on to start Fountain Sizzlers, which has grown to be one of the most iconic restaurants enmeshed into the fabric of this city.
In the early part of the millennium, Mr. Amrish, rightfully recognizing a growing trend in the hospitality industry, started providing catering services for outdoor functions, momentous occasions, and house parties. He really made this functionality the centerpiece of his business, around which he formed Fountain Hospitality, which blossomed into a catering service specializing in serving authentic multi-cuisine food .
In 2007, Flamboyante became part of the Fountain Hospitality Family. Mr.Arora envisioned Flamboyante to be an extravagant three kitchen family restaurant, famous not only for its delectable comfort food but also for having hosted a plethora of events within its space.
In 2015, Mr. Amrish undertook yet another ambitious project, Boardwalk by Flamboyante. This restaurant adds a completely novel dimension to the company as its location, overlooking the mandwa seaside, provides Mumbaikars, and tourists alike, a romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The restaurant, affords its patrons a one of a kind experience, of gourmet dining by the sea. Along with the delicious food and drinks, the customers can experience the true beauty of a sunset over the Arabian Sea. Boardwalk by Flamboyante is definitely on the to-do-list of every travel blogger and foodie across the country.
In 2018, Fountain Hospitality launched its one-of-a-kind bar under the name of “Hammer & Song.” The legacy of the business stayed within the family as Mr. Ayush Arora, son of Mr. Amrish Arora, took the lead on his first project. Hammer & Song, Taproom and Cocktail Bar, is a quintessential gastropub serving a variety of the finest craft beers, cocktails, and extravagant snacketizers. Hammer & Song is the perfect amalgamation of great live music, fresh craft beers, and artisanal cocktails.
Amrish Arora’s Fountain Hospitality Private Limited prides itself on its loyalty and talent retainment, as most of its staffers have been with the restaurant for over 10 years.
