We make homemade sandesh pies - a healthy dessert spanning across generations.

HISTORY
There’s a lot of love behind these sandesh pies. So there was traditional sandesh made at home daily to cater to everyone' sweet cravings by giving them a homemade, non fried calcium rich dessert. Though when my kids were born we tried the same thing, but GenX (or is it GenY or Z now?!?) being who they are, my kids were not quite so enamoured of the traditional sandesh. That’s when I started spinning the traditional sandesh into gur sandesh cakes and adding a pie crust,chocolate and their favourite fruits like mango and strawberries to the sandesh to tempt them. The rest as they say is history.
As friends and family got a taste of the sandesh pies the popularity of the dish increased and Foodphoria was born.
It's an extremely soul satisfying dessert for me as a chef and as a mom..

FLAVOURS
Now we’ve got different flavours including the fresh fruit orange,mango,lychee sandesh pies. children also have been enjoying all the flavours such as the biscoff sandesh pie and salted Caramel with popcorn and nutty nutella...We’ve also been making gur sandesh cakes and kesar pista rabri for celebrations of the older generation who may not like cakes. Recently the motichoor laddoo sandesh rabri pull me up sandesh cake has been flying off the shelf.
