I, recently had a last minute plan to go out of the city, and by last min I mean literally last min, bags packed ready to move out with a destination in mind, but no bookings.! Problem was, keeping COVID in mind cannot just check in anywhere and however these days, especially with family.

Once we informed him about it, and the deal we were getting, instead of giving us the usual, “please go ahead we cannot beat that rate, or don’t have that property partnered with us”, he got us a better deal than we had imagined and booked it for us, upon request.
We even needed a table reservation in a completely different property and no surprise there, he even agreed to get that done for us.
